QUESTION: Do you have drape?
ANSWER: Yes we do. Party by Design holds one of the largest inventories of decorative drape in a wide variety of colors, fabric styles and heights. Drape is charged per linear foot and ranges from $8.50 to $25.00 per foot (including all necessary hardware).

QUESTION: Do you have red carpet, rope and stanchion?
ANSWER: Yes we do. We have a variety of red carpet sizes, as well as brass stanchion with red velvet ropes or chrome stanchion with black velvet ropes to be used as accent pieces. This can be used to create a VIP entranceway or a Hollywood premiere feel at any event. Red carpet rentals start at $50, with rope and stanchion rentals at $10 per piece.

QUESTION: Can I pick up my order?
ANSWER: Party by Design encourages the pick up of all orders under $500 which do not require assembly by Party by Design staff.

QUESTION: Can you deliver my order?
ANSWER: Party by Design will deliver and set up décor for your event for an additional installation charge. Installation and breakdown rates are based on the location of the event and quantity of items needed for set up.

QUESTION: Does the Rentals Department provide table centerpieces?
ANSWER: The Rentals Department focuses on the delivery and pick up of rental items, however we would be happy to forward your request to our event specialists.

QUESTION: Does Party by Design have tables, chairs, and linens?
ANSWER: Our Rentals Department can make suggestions and offer referrals to other vendors for standard table, chair, and linen rentals. Our warehouse does not carry these items. We do, however, carry specialty tables, soft seating, and “Party Bars” which are custom designed on our premises for setting unique themes. These items can create alternative seating areas and specialty designed food and beverage stations. These do not require linens.

QUESTION: Do you have a cake that I can jump out of?
ANSWER: We do not currently carry this item. Our policy is to only create custom items for Party by Design events.

QUESTION: Do you have a showroom?
ANSWER:While we do not have a formal showroom, our 75,000 square foot warehouse is available for tours by appointment.

QUESTION: Do you rent props by the day? 
ANSWER:  Yes. In addition our rental fee also covers a per-event time frame, which often occurs over a three-day period. If your needs are longer than three days, we will charge a weekly rate or the appropriate extended rental fee.
